#8 grinder plates are made of carbon steel and measure 3-1/4" diameter with a 7/16" center hole. Knife has a 1/2" square hole. Use silicon grease and lubricant spray to keep plate from rusting and sharp. We carry 3 different plate sizes: 5/32", 1/4", 3/8:". Please specify what size you need.
